She helped in the unraveling of the webs I was entangled in. She facilitated in the shedding of the layers that no longer served me forcing me to face my demons and reconnect with my Divine femininity. She gifted me a love for yoga and how to better ground my self through Breath. She showed me how food can be thy medicine all while being incredibly delicious. There is an indescribable healing light and playful energetic aura that radiates through her, I found healing just being in her presence even in our silent moments. She is strong yet quite vulnerable and allowed me to penetrate as well so we can further connect as two souls on this journey we call life. Her immense knowledge into the realms of spirituality and well being is astounding. By day five I had felt like I’ve been cracked open and could see a beaming light at the end of the tunnel.
