1984

My Start In Life Was Not Easy

I was born in El Centro, California on December 1st, 1984. I grew up in a broken home with no father and a severely traumatized and abusive mother. One of my first memories was of being molested by a family member. We were living in poverty and were struggling. I felt lost in this world and my need for deep attention, safety and nurturance was never met.

1991

I learned that nobody was going to take care of me, other than me

My mother forced me to work underage at her husband’s business. This practice is common in Mexican culture. We discovered that he was taking all the money that we made and providing for another family. I learned that I could make good money by selling Mexican candy and sweets at school. I would add this money to a jar which would then get taken by my mother and brother. As unfair as this felt, I knew that entrepreneurship was the only way I could create freedom in a world which felt cruel and limiting.

2001

My uncle committed suicide

The same uncle that I lived with committed suicide. I was shocked and broken. He had cared for me whilst I was finding my feet in this new world. The trauma kept building up and yet I learned how to be resilient, by pushing through. It was a big turning point in my life where I had to be very intentional and conscious with how I was directing my energy even though I did not know exactly what I was doing. At that time I felt like all the cards were stacked against me preventing me from creating a life for myself.

2006

In discovering who my grandmother was I discovered myself

My grandmother, Aurora Jimenez De Palacios was the first Congresswoman of Mexico who gave women the right to vote and be voted for. She ended child labor. Emancipated women from the limiting role the church had placed on them. She was also a lawyer and ran a radio station where she exposed a lot of the corruption happening in her City Hall and received a lot of support from American women.

She was the only person, and woman in an entire body of Congressman , that vetoed down the raising of criminal sentencing. She claimed that the only way to decrease violence and criminal activity was by dealing with it in infancy. What she meant was to provide for single mothers and make sure that all children were given the basic necessities. Days after she was demanded to get on a plane and go to Mexico City for a meeting with her political party. The plane blew up three times in the air and her journey was abruptly interrupted and ended.

2010

I experienced a health crisis

I was a PR Director and had been struggling in silence for 14 years with bulimia. My CFO was the first person who offered me help and paid for outpatient treatment. I got the bulimia under control after 2 months but immediately after I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 26 years old. The endless hustling and running from myself had caught up with me. I did not want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on chemotherapy and I knew the western medical system was not the path for me. I fell to my knees and asked God for guidance and clarity concerning my next steps.

2012

I kept attracting toxic relationships

I searched high and low for love and acceptance outside of myself, fell into unhealthy relationship patterns and in doing so created a series of toxic (and what could have been deadly) relationship cycles with different men. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the pathetic identify of the “beautiful, sweet, intelligent girl who couldn’t find true love for the life of her” (which I was playing out) was all due to my powerful ingrained subconscious limiting beliefs of: “I don’t matter”, “There must be something wrong with me” and “I’m unlovable·. These core commands (which indeed created my reality) made me feel powerless, unsafe and unwanted in this world.

2016

I started a new life in the caribbean jungle, hosted retreats and opened a restaurant

Once I realized that after 18 years of giving it my absolute all, there was nothing left for me in LA, I went in search of my next home. I knew it was nowhere within the United States and I was guided to Tulum where I fell in love at first sight and instantly relocated, bought land, opened up a restaurant and started hosting transformational plant-based retreats. Living in the Caribbean jungle was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Moving to Mexico was the biggest trust fall I had ever taken and it rewarded me exponentially.

PRESENT

My mission is to help one million women reclaim their power

Today not only am I a Metaphysician. Cornell-certified Plant-based Nutritionist, Philosopher, Certified Spiritual Practitioner, Trauma Expert & Master Coach, but I am also a woman that set herself free. I am a woman who was never afrait to start over because she knew wherever she went, there she powerfully was. The girl that came from nothing and had no fighting chance became the girl of her wildest dreams.

I teach high-performing women how to turn their trauma into their greatest triumph and reinvent their life so they can live their purpose and have radiant skin, renewed energy, the body they’ve always wanted, and the soul-aligned relationship they desire. I am now living in San Miguel de Allende, in the heart of Mexico, with the love of my life and my two fur babies, learning, growing and serving clients around the world and leading luxury private retreats for those beings who are ready for powerful change. My mission is to empower 1 million women to remember who they truly are, and heal intergenerational trauma so they can activate their power, magnetism and radiance.
