What you share here, and where it goes.

If you leave your first name and email, I keep them, along with the date you joined and that you came from this site. That is all I ask for, and all I keep.

I use them for one thing: to write to you. A note when you join, and word when the doors open. Your details are never sold, rented or traded.

Your name and email live in Plunk, the service that sends my emails. This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.

I count visits with Pirsch, a privacy-first analytics service hosted in Germany, so I can see how many people arrive, which pages they read, roughly where they come from, and how many join. Always in total, never per person. The count is made on the server: Pirsch receives your IP address and browser type to tell visits apart, and does not store your address. No tracking script runs in your browser, there are no cookies, and nothing follows you anywhere else.

Your browser remembers two small things on your own device: whether you turned the sound on, and that you already walked through the gate during this visit. Neither is ever sent anywhere.

To leave the list, reply to any email from me and say so, or write to truth@auroraesmeralda.com. I will take you off, and delete your details entirely if you ask.
